In the spring of 2003 I formed Gaynor Consulting to support the development of excellence in workplace leadership. With each client, I work to inspire leaders to reach higher and equip them with the timeless and practical skills they need to build stronger more successful teams.

Almost 20 years of senior executive experience fed my passion for leadership. I became convinced that every team reflects its leadership. I approached each new challenge - including three integrations and several turnarounds - by focusing on the development of the leadership team. Through Gaynor Consulting, I now teach the same practices I used to lead change and develop my own teams.

My “Heart & Hands” workshop series delivers timeless and powerful leadership practices in an engaging and interactive format. Workshops are available for both leaders and employee groups - each one designed to help clients develop a leading workplace - the kind that will attract, motivate and retain talent.
