Following 15 years of executive leadership experience that included integrations, turnarounds and the resolution of difficult labour situations (See Bio), I formed Gaynor Consulting in the spring of 2003 to share what I had learned and support the development of excellence in workplace leadership. With each client, I work to inspire leaders and to equip them with the practical skills they need to build stronger more effective teams. Here you will not find any faddish or trendy leadership thinking, but instead the no-nonsense timeless practices I used to get results.
Today, through workshops, executive coaching and keynote speaking, I teach the same practices and principles I used to develop my own high performance teams.
